My cooking tragedies

Used non-stick cooking spray for meringues instead of putting them on parchment paper - it was butter-flavored spray! Yuck!!!

Cheesy Stuffed Shells

I added a little heavy cream to the tomato sauce to cut the acidity - delicious!
