I thought this recipe was fantastic! It was very easy & tasted wonderful! The only thing I did different...I put the chicken breast in the crock pot whole & let it cook, then I shredded it up before adding the other ingredients. Will definatly make again.

Well this was the first time I have attempted jam. Maybe I cooked it too long, but it was somewhat runny once it had set. Also, I think 2 cups of sugar was way too much - it's just too sweet for me. I may attempt it again with this recipe with a few changes, but it sort of discouraged me from making it again.

I made this recipe for a dinner @ work. It was wonderful! I added a small amount of olive oil & I didn't really go by the recipe for the amounts of cheese - I just added to taste. Also, since I wanted the dip to stay warm for awhile, I made it in a crock pot & kept it on low for the majority of the dinner. It was amazing! Will definatly make again.
