Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

This breading was perfect. It stayed nice and crisp. Definately a keeper. Just make sure to salt it after it is done cooking.

Texas Ranch Potato Salad

I gave this 4 stars, because it has potential. First it needs more Mayo (I did half mayo and sour cream), its not creamy enough. It needs to be SALTED and peppered. It needs more bacon. Put this all together, and it will be 5 stars.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I am giving the 3 stars, it could be better. I think it could be a bit more moist. The flavor is there, just not quite moist enough for me. I also made 3 different loaves in 2 different ovens. It is the recipe. Would make again with some tweeking.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Loved this. I do think the cauliflower needs to be steamed for a few minutes before roasting in the oven. Otherwise it is too hard.

Potato Salad with Cream

I am giving this 3 stars, but the potential is there to be a 5. It needs some tweaking. First, the vinegar did not boil(i don't know if this is essential). Second, it needs salt and pepper, and i think more onion. Lastly, needs to be creamier. Pouring this hot mixture over hot potatoes just absorbs.

These had no taste. What the balsamic vinegar is in here for I have no idea. These would be good with alot of tweaking. Potatoes ALWAYS need salt.
