Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
This breading was perfect. It stayed nice and crisp. Definately a keeper. Just make sure to salt it after it is done cooking.

Zucchini Patties
These were great, BUT, needed salt and pepper. I also doubled both cheeses and added garlic. Fantastic, huge hit.

Texas Ranch Potato Salad
I gave this 4 stars, because it has potential. First it needs more Mayo (I did half mayo and sour cream), its not creamy enough. It needs to be SALTED and peppered. It needs more bacon. Put this all together, and it will be 5 stars.
