This was a total hit. My husband has been asking for them ever since the first time we made them. Took others advice and added a little liquid smoke, since we couldn't grill and they turned out amazing! Great recipe!

This really was easy. I followed the advice of another user and mixed part of the taco seasoning in with the sour cream/cream cheese mixture. I think it helped the layers combine better in taste. I think next time I will half the sour cream and cream cheese and add some refried beans. The family loved it.

This was my first attempt at "home-made" mac and cheese. It was so easy and using the tip to make my own nacho sauce from the recipe on this site was a show stopper. Using hotdogs seemed a little weird, but the kids liked it. I used bread crumbs instead of crackers and it turned out great. I had dinner on the table in 30 minutes. What a treat!
