Zucchini Pancakes

Very tasty and refreshing with the sour cream! I always mix this ahead, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until dinner time.

Very good! This reminded me of grapefruit juice which I found shocking considering the amount of alcohol it contained! This is the only recipe I've ever attempted...

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

The flavor was great but the steak was overdone...I should have paid closer attention to it after about six hours even though I did use a 1 1/2 pound cut of meat as the recipe calls for. Instead of the chilies I used one hot cherry pepper. I also used red wine vinegar.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

I really don't think the taste of the herbs penetrated into the meat. I tried a plain piece of white meat to check it out before adding gravy to it, and really think it tasted the same as a plain butterball.

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

Awesome for kids! Like a homeade (and much tastier) version of hamburger helper...couldn't spread the cream cheese/sour cream mixture so I just blended it into the tomato sauce. I used Italian style meatloaf mix (beef,pork & veal) instead of plain ground beef & added green bell pepper to the meat mix.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

Absolutely delicious! I've tried to make mocha flavored desserts before, but the coffee flavor has always been overpowering. This is a GREAT recipe! The cheesecake is almost a mousse consistency. I used Kalua, which was fabulous.

Honey Glazed Ham

This was good, but I wasn't that thrilled. To be fair, I didn't use a bone-in ham which is always better (someone gave me the boneless one). I really did think the glaze was the consistency of the honey baked ham I've had before...I think they use brown sugar and cook it differently.
