Crown Roast of Pork with Sausage Stuffing
This was my first attempt at making a crown roast, it was fabulous and much easier to make than I expected! Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
This soup is wonderful! I used a mild spicy sausage instead of sweet and it was perfect. I will be making this often.
