Cake Balls

AWESOME!!!! I did as recommended as froze them for a few hours. I would STRONGLY recommend freezing them OVERNIGHT. I think the few hours helped but longer would have been better!!

Apple Muffins

LOVE this!! Used one egg instead of egg whites, added about 1/2 cup more apples and 1/2 cup sugar in place of honey. I also mixed in about 1/4 cup of chopped pecans. YUMMY!!!! Very healthy as well!!

Simple Arrabbiata Sauce

This was quick, easy and YUMMY!!! I would recommend cutting the red pepper flakes in half unless you like it super spicy!! I found the full amount called for to be a bit much. Overall though, WONDERFUL.

Baked Pumpkin Bread

I liked how you could add or take away a bit to meet your taste and it still turned out nicely!!! I did as someone suggested and did 1/2 whole wheat flour, used plain yogurt instead of buttermilk, and left out the butter all together. I did mix in about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and used cinnamon and all spice. I think this would be nice too with a light powdered sugar glaze.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Wonderful Recipe! I did what another review suggested and added about 1/2 cup of milk. I have found that it is just as good to cook the night before and reheat- Makes a great, healthy, quick meal!!!!!!
