Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert
Very tasty and very easy. Will make again often. Very rich ( not a bad thing ) so it goes a long way. Will cook next time 35 to 40 minutes.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Excellent tacos !! I will make a little more liquid next time and I used corn tortillas buy excellent flavor and easy !!!

My Best Clam Chowder
