Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Very tasty. Very easy. I love things cooked in wine. I think I will cut back on the wine as it made more gravy than we needed. Will make again often.

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Outstanding flavor and what's more convenient than crock pot cooking. We had it over rice and plan on having it many times in the future.

Corn Fritters

Very good. I think I'll add a touch more milk to them. Also a little more salt. Will make again often.
