Foolproof Rib Roast

Wow, just wow! I have made this several times now. I gave the bones to a neighbor for his dog, and he later confessed to me that he ate the meat off the bone before giving it to the dog. :-)

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

There are better pork recipes in the crockpot on this site. This was ok, not bad, not stellar, just ok. Proof once again that you should leave pulled pork to the Appalachians and the Texans should just handle their beef. :-)

Thai Style Shrimp

This was REALLY good. I followed the recipe pretty close to exact. I don't understand how people said it was too mild. Perhaps they didn't use a good jalapeno. Or perhaps they got rid of the ribs of the jalapeno. Or who knows... Anyway, we really liked it. It is soupy, but I just treated it like a curry and it was really good over rice. Oh, I did use a can of diced tomatoes that I drained instead of fresh because I didn't have fresh ones. Still worked.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

I baked it for only 20 minutes. I am VERY glad I did. They shouldn't have been baked more than that. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. These were really good and made a great start to the day! Highly recommended!

Bacon-Topped Meat Loaf

This is probably the best meat loaf I have eaten (sorry, Mom). It doesn't need to be soaked in ketchup. Everyone at our house liked it.
