This is excellent!! I add 1/3 cup white vinegar and was even better

Linnie's Spanish Rice
Good idea for a quick side dish but I agree with the last reviewer who said this had way to much salsa for 1 cup of rice. I suggest using 1/2 or 3/4 jar of salsa at most for each cup of uncooked rice. I may try again this way.

Creamy Rice Pudding
Never thought you could make rice pudding like this. I used to cook the rice in the milk but this is so much easier...and every bit as tasty. Wonderful recipe..this is my new way of making this for sure. Tastes just like Kozy Shack! Thanks for the recipe
