I love to cook, read, play on the computer, and watch tv. I grew up in the country with my Mom cooking very good country food, but we always ate the same things. Now I'm trying to get out of that rut, and discover all these new recipes. I love to cook anything with peanut butter in it. I also like to cook rice dishes. Anything you can throw together using leftovers I love. I always loved my Mom to make potato salad and grilled hamburgers on Easter with a ton of diffent pies. That was always my favorite. She would always ask me what I wanted to eat on Easter, and this was always my request. The first time I ever baked a turkey I cooked it upside down. I was so depressed about that, because I love the skin. I couldn't get the skin to cook up right though. It was all soggy, and gross.
