I'm just your average wife/mom/granny. I have been married for 46 years - yes, to the same guy. I have four wonderful sons, 4 fantastic grandkids and 3 great-grandkids. Mexican dishes. Could be because I was born and still here in El Paso, Texas. I also love to bake. I didn't cook at all before I was married. Couldn't cook and had to learn through trial and error. I am always asked to cook mexican dishes. I love to cook tacos, enchiladas, but my specialty is Chili Rellanos with homemade sauce. When I was first married I tried to impress my husband and brother with chicken and dumplings. I don't know what I did, but it was more like chicken soup. I've come a long way since that 17 year old girl, but still make some complete flops.
