I'm an avid reader, college student, vegetarian, proud Jewish gal, and complete geek-- Also, I'm a HUGE fan of Dwight Schrute, of The Office :) Biscotti, black bean cakes, rugelach, stir fry with seasame oil and peanut-butter sauce, mandelbrot, brownies, vegetarian meat-loaf, greek salads,...The list could go on and on! Tea-time with my mom. For me, actually making the time to cook is a triumph unto itself, but I'm really delighted with the fact that I've managed to keep the kitchen MOSTLY kosher, as of late :D Oh...Where should I start??? I seem to be highly acident prone in the kitchen. I conside the two enormous burns that now grace my right hand to be cooking tragedies :b
