Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls
These rolls are fantastick, I'm going to say 5 star. I brought them to a family dinner and asked everyone to rate them. I added a bunch of spices to soft butter and spread it onto each round before cutting and rolling them up, I thought the spices were great, but my very picky in-laws don't like seasoned food very well. They say 4 star, but I'm going to say 5 because I know if I wouldn't have spiced them they would've said 5 star.

Baked Pancake Squares
I made these for my 3 boys this morning, and they loved them. I added brown sugar and cinnamon to the batter for flavor. I agree that this doesn't feed 16, between me and my boys we finished the 9 squares it made, and they still wanted more. Also I did a breakdown of the calories and 1/9th of a piece equals around 192 calories, add 1/4 cup of syrup to 2 pieces and you have an additional 210 calories. I had 2 squares 1/4 cup syrup, and 8 oz of orange juice, then added the calories up and was disappointed to find I had consumed over 700 calories for breakfast. So I guess if you are watching your weight this is not the recipe for you. Needless to say I won't be eating much the rest of the day. Otherwise great for kids.

Golden Pumpkin Rolls
I made these rolls for dinner tonight on the dough cycle in my bread machine. I just sampled them and they are delicious. I added honey butter to the tops when they came out of the oven, I think without it they would be pretty bland. Also I probably added an additional 1/2- a whole cup of flour after the dough was done it was very runny. Next time I will add more spices then what this recipe calls for for more flavor. I am testing these rolls on my extended family, so I'll let you know what the verdict is. Well I brought these to my family dinner, and the verdict is 3 star.
