These fell right off the bone....I used Sweet Rays Honey Barbecue sauce and these were seriously the best ribs I have ever had! I slow cooked the ribs for 5 hours, and I did not use Plum Sauce. I sprinkled some brown sugar with the bbq sauce on the ribs and broiled them for 6 minutes each side before grilling.
