Shrimp Scampi Bake
This was a hit at our holiday party! I omitted the mustard because my husband doesn't like it, it was still great.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
My husband usually hates pork chops because he finds them too dry. He scraped his plate on this one, the meat were literally falling off the bone. My only complaint is they were a little greasy...I will cut back on the oil next time.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas
Delicious! Great flavor and not as heavy as many other mexican dishes. I omitted the butter and used black beans instead of refried. My husband loved it too!
