Carrot Cake III
This was such an excellent recipe. I did not change one thing except for omitting the pecans in the frosting and only using 3 cups of the confectioners sugar. Also, in my oven it needed to cook the full 50 minutes. It was the best carrot cake I have ever made. Thank you!
