Hot Buttered Rum Batter
Made this for the first time last year for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it so much they asked for it again this Thanksgiving. Thanks for the fabulous and easy recipe!

Carrot Cake III
This was such an excellent recipe. I did not change one thing except for omitting the pecans in the frosting and only using 3 cups of the confectioners sugar. Also, in my oven it needed to cook the full 50 minutes. It was the best carrot cake I have ever made. Thank you!
