Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade
My boyfriend came home with some rib eye steaks the other night and suggested I put a marinade on them. In search for something new to try I logged into this site. To my suprise, this was the recipe of the day so I figured I'd look no more. This recipe was AWESOME! I followed the recipe exactly. Then took the left over marinade and reduced it into a sauce and poured it over top of the cooked steaks (thanks to the suggestions of other people's reviews). I've already made it again since the first time and it was just as good. I can't wait to make this for family and friends!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
This soup was GREAT! I only made half a batch because some of the reviews say it makes too much but now I wish I made the full recipe. I substituted half the Velveeta for grated cheddar as I don't like Velveeta that much. I found that it was a little salty which must have been from the broth I used so next time I'll use low sodium chicken broth.

Jamaican Jerked Chicken
This recipe is awesome! I've made it a few times for family & friends and everyone loved it. Excellent for a summer bbq, served with salads. I used bone-less skin-less chicken thighs and they were so moist. Add more jalapeno if you want more heat. En-joy!
