Absolutely wonderful way of cooking turkey, so simple and the whole house smelled great. I had picked up a small 3 lb. breast on sale and found this recipe. Only thing missing was crisp skin but the turkey was moist and juicy. I followed other reviewers suggestions by rubbing the turkey under the skin and over with unsalted butter and then rubbing the onion soup mix in. Cooked on high for the first hour as recipe stated and then followed suggestions on allowing 1 hour per pound on low heat setting. No liquid is needed, the drippings from the turkey also made a tasty gravy.
