My name is Leanne. My interest in cooking did't start until university when it came down to eat fast / convenient food or start preparing my own meals from scratch. I started off with chicken soup and progressed from there.
I live with my husband and we are in the process of adopting a child.
I am currently writing a cookbook (you will have to wait for the name), and I already have orders for it.
I love to garden and use the produce I grow, whether tomatoes, peppers, etc.
I am the person most people call when they are looking for a recipe. The fact that I have over 150 cookbooks probably helps
My favorite things to cook
Soups - pumpkin is the most recent. I had it in Cuba, and figured out the recipe when I returned home
Chicken and brocolli cannelloni or ravioli
Chicken parmeson, Brandied raspberry chicken
