Sausage and Egg Casserole
This was a huge hit at my morning meeting and several people asked for the recipe. I added about a 1/4 cup of chopped green onions and used season salt instead of regular. The casserole took closer to an hour to cook but I used a deeper, but shorter, 2 quart dish.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I made a few changes based on other reviews...reduced the salt to 1/2tsp and increased the flour to 1 3/4c. I didn't have an chocolate chips or nuts so I used 2 cups of M&Ms instead. Fantastic cookie!

Loaded Potato Soup I
A very good start to potato soup. I first tried it with just salt and pepper and it was much too bland. Onion powder, garlic powder, and minced garlic were added and it was perfect.
