Bev's Orange Chicken

This is so good and so easy! I needed a quick recipe, had all of the ingredients and my picky toddlers loved it so it gets 5 stars from this family. Made it as written (skinless, boneless thighs for 1 hour), added fresh sliced carrots the last 20 minutes and served with pene pasta tossed with some of the sauce. The carrots were delicious. Definitely a kid friendly meal.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Made fantastic shredded "pulled" chicken sandwiches! I used 6 frozen skinless breasts and checked after 4 hours on low. The chicken was cooked and already a tad dry so I decided to shred it. I left the shredded chicken on warm for another hour and it was excellent. I used Buster's bbq sauce (a local BBQ joint), served on pub buns with coleslaw. There are probably better pulled chicken recipes, but the ease of this one make it a definite 5 star!

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

Excellent. I made this in the winter so we didn't use the grill. I broied the chicken 8 min on each side. I used light sour cream and nonfat yogurt and the Tzatziki turned out fantastic and healthy. My husband loved it, I loved it. Definitely buy thick, quality pita. My store was limited and the pita fell apart a bit, but it didn't take away from the taste.
