Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Fantastic recipe adn it fills the house with a lovey aroma!!! I read the previous notes from the others and made a few chages: 1. I used chicken broth instead of water 2. I added one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom 3. I had to make homemade biscuit dough instead of using the pre-made. :) If you're wondering, I got the biscuit recipe from a Barefoot Contessa cookbook. My husband is hooked on this recipe and it was such an easy dish to make! Thanks!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Nice flavors! I have to agree with some other cooks, it was a bit too cheesy. I think next time I'll reduce the amount of Swiss a bit. Other, than that I'll be sure to make it again. Thanks!

Coconut Tofu Keema

This was completely gourmet!! Now, I didn't have the red pepper paste, so I substituted it with a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and also a little more curry. I also reduce the tomatoe sauce to 4 cups like other reviews suggested. That was good call, otherwise you would loose the coconut flavor. My husband and I loved every bite! I will totally make this for company. Bravo!!!

Sticky Monkey Brains

Bravo! I added about 50% more butter and pecans to the recipe improve the gooey factor and the flavor; as suggested by one of the reviews I read. I also had to make my own large bundt pan out of foil because I don't have one yet. The bake time was 35-40 min. This is perfect for company. Just make sure you make enough because they'll be asking for a second serving!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Made this in no time. I didn't have the pecans for the topping mixture. So I put about a cup and 3/4 of marshmellows on top to completely cover the sweet potatos. When it popped out of the oven they were a beautiful golden brown. Delicious!

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

Wow! Absolutely delicious! I've made this casserole many times already because it's ideal when you have guest staying the night. Just pop it in the oven and enjoy the morning coffee and conversation while it bakes! Love it!!!
