Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
Wow! These are the best pancakes I've ever eaten, let alone cooked. I am really quite horrible at cooking pancakes, but I've made these pancakes twice now and they've turned out perfect and delicious. The blueberries litterally provide a POP of flavor each time you bite into it.

Grilled Salmon Kyoto

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
I've been making this recipe for three years now, and almost every single time it turns out perfectly! It is the easiest and most flavorful salmon recipe out there. I half the soy sauce and use low sodium soy sauce, usually replace the orange concentrate with 1/3 cup of orange juice (don't have concentrate on hand), and instead of grilling I just cook it in a pan on the stove top.

Baby Spinach Omelet

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Wow this is by far the most delicious omelet I've ever had. It's super simple, and the ingredients are ones I always have on hand. The nutmeg adds the perfect something extra kind of flavor to it that really brings out the best of the eggs and spinach.

Chickpea Curry

Good curry that satisfies my cravings for Indian food. However, when I make it it seems like the beans don't seem to absorb enough of the flavors.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
Delicious soup that's perfect for winter. However, to make it five stars, I had to mash up 1/2 of the tomatoes to give it a thicker, chowder-like consistency. I also made it with red potatoes and left the skin on, but next time I might try it with one Russet potato to make it thicker. A delicious alternative to canned soup!

These are really easy to make. My family loved them! I omitted the walnuts because I ran out.
