Butter Beef
Very Yummy! A few changes. Used 1 1/2 lbs. of lean stew meat which I browned in olie oil, garlic & greek seasoning. In crock pot I used 1/4 cup of butter, 1 can of beefy mushroom soup,1 packet of onion soup mix, 1 cup of beef broth then added stew meat. Cooked this on low for about 5 hrs.( was done in 3hrs.) then added a little roux to thicken gravy and fresh mushrooms cooked for about 45 min. longer. Did not need any extra salt. If you are not a big salt fan I would use unsalted butter and low sodium broth. Will make again!!!

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff, Aussie Style
This dish was a hit with my whole family. I used olive oil instead of butter, beef broth, half n half and sour cream. I omitted the curry but did season with Nature's Seasons. It was very easy and tasted great. The best kind of recipe!

Texas Beef Soup
My family loved it, even four picky children. I used lean stew meat, doubled the beef broth, fresh veggies and roux to thicken up the soup broth. I served it over lightly buttered pasta shells.
