Italian Sausage and Zucchini
I am so impressed. With such few ingredients, this dish has great flavor. I followed the recipe almost exactly - used Fire Roasted Diced tomatoes, and had to add a bit of extra olive oil because i used turkey sausage. It tasted even better the next day after all the flavors married. I will definitely add this one to the recipe rotation!

Chayote Soup
I can't believe how good this is. This was the first time I have used Chayote and I am in love. Seriously, it tastes like you have added so much cream to this soup. It is delicious and guilt free!!!

Comforting Cube Steaks
Love this recipe - however, i doctored on it some. 1st - used 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can beefy mushroom, 1 can diet lemon-lime soda, and added about 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce. Also, mixed a slurry (corn starch and cold water) and added to thicken it. I also served it over grits! IT was delicious! I prepared it all in a crock pot and cooked for about 2 hours! I highly recommend!
