Tomato Basil Chicken
Easy good recipe. I used jasmine rice instead of pilaf. I also added a half cup of chicken broth. It was very tasty.

Quick and Easy Goulash
Very tasty, better than I expected. I made a few changes and used ground turkey, penne noodles and added mushrooms, green pepper and garlic...YUM!
