Real Welsh Rarebit
I made this tonight to top off an old Kentucky favorite, Hot Browns. It was a delicious sauce, and a perfect compliment to the flavors of turkey, bacon and tomatoes. I tasted it before and after the beer and definitely thought it added nicely to the flavor.

Date and Nut Bread
We loved this bread. I did use raisins and sunflower seeds for the fruit and nuts and it was lovely. Thanks for the post.

Mexican Bean Salad
AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I love this recipe. I tweaked the recipe and also added some zest of lime and lemon. I also cut back dressing to 1/4 cup oil and vinegar also cut back on salt and used 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red. Also added chopped freshe tomatoes. I made the night before and added the frozen corn the following day. Fantastic :)
