I am a single Mother of three and enjoy cooking for them and others. I have so many that I really could not pick just one. The holidays of course, but Christmas would have to be one of the most busy. I won't toot my own horn, but I can taste a dish and go home and recreate it easily. One of the first things I had ever baked, I used salt instead of sugar. The cookies looked perfect but I was young. I always wondered why noone was eating them and one day I figured it out and felt very emberassed. :) Now I know why you always have to taste!
