The holidays of course, but Christmas would have to be one of the most busy.

I won't toot my own horn, but I can taste a dish and go home and recreate it easily.
My cooking tragedies
One of the first things I had ever baked, I used salt instead of sugar. The cookies were perfect but I was young. I always wondered why noone was eating them and one day I figured it out and felt very emberassed. :)
