this was great. i substituted old bay and white pepper for the cayenne though. i also used a frozen bag of mixed seafood as others did.

Butter Snow Flakes

i don't have a cookie press so i used a zipper sealed bag. they turned out great. nice and soft. ********************************* i baked these 3 days ago and they are still soft and chewy. i am amazed. most of my cookies do not stay as well.

i had to improvise, lol. i didn't have any preserves so i used grape jelly and applesauce. it still turned out pretty good- my mom really liked it. i also did what another reviewer suggested; i used the cinnamon pita chips from trader joe's :-]

i made these for a cookie exchange party. they got great reviews. to say this recipe needed 'extra' flour is an understatement though. still a good cookie, just somewhat of a pain to make.
