Carrot Cookies II
This recipe was a nice use for leftover carrots... The cookies were good on the first day, but they were not as good on day 2. Definitely make them the day you plan to eat them!

Simple Turkey Chili
I followed this recipe exactly as written... It was too watery, and bland. With some changes, this could be a good recipe - less water for sure!

Quinoa and Black Beans
This was really good! It was my first attempt at quinoa, and I used it as lunch. Very tasty - and I was craving more after I was done. I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! (I followed the recipe exactly as written.)
