Strawberry Spinach Salad I
The only change I made was using balsamic vinegar instead of white. This recipe was a hit -many compliments and requests for the recipe. It's definitely worth your time to give this one a try.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
So good! I made this exactly as written and it got rave reviews. There was too much dressing for us, however. Next time, I will make half of that... This will definitely be made again and again in my house.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
My husband absolutely loved this recipe. It's a keeper! (I made it exactly as written except for the black olives. I left those out.)
