My name is Kelsi and I am a mother of two beautiful baby boys Xander Grant and Xaiden Seth. Cooking started out as a hobbie for but lately my dishes have been so popular I've been asked to cater weddings and parties. And I love it! Currently I am working on opening a wedding reception center to further enhance my catering skills! I love to cook authentic spanish dishes. My grandmother immigrated from Spain as a young girl and have passed some wonderful family recipes. Every Sunday for as long as I can remember we would gather as a family and my grandmother would make us a wonderful spanish dinner. Over the years we still assemble on Sunday but now I'm doing the cooking under my grandmothers watchful eye. When I catered my first wedding which was my cousins/best friend's wedding. She took a chance on me because I had never done it before but it turned out great! Oh! Too many to count. When your learning sometimes you add a little to much of something and not enough of another!
