Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks
WOW!!! Absolutely wonderful! I only marinated the steaks for 6 hours and if they tasted this good, I cannot imagine how much better they would be if marinated for longer. I used round steak and it was the best I have ever tried.... better than any restaurant steaks!

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
I absolutely love these sandwiches for lunch! I usually add a slice of cheese on top simply to hold the vegi's together. The feta cheese really adds to the flavor and therefore cannot be left out.
