Creamy Chicken and Rice
This was really good. It was even better as leftovers. The only thing I altered was the bouillon powder. I used 2 bouillon cubes instead (I didn't have powder). Also, I didn't use the crackers, and it was just fine. Highly recommend this recipe!

Chicken Noodle Soup I

Red Skinned Potato Salad
This recipe was really great. I took this dish to an Easter get-together yesterday and it was great! I will use half the amount of onion next time because it was a little strong, but other than that it was easy to prepare and yummy as well.
