I am a wife, mother and a professional. I speak 5 languages, therefore I am very open minded and versatile. I love to cook just about everything that poses a challenge! I specialize cooking with all types of fish, from shell to Octopus. In an attempt to continue my Azorean heritage, Old recepies/techniques are my special favourites. Cooking traditional fare to coincide with the incredible traditions of the Azores Islands. From the basic "sopa do Espirito Santo" to more complex recipies. My now famous "stone" soup @ age eight :0). Working as the ONLY cook, specializing in Portuguese dishes, during the WORLD CUP SOCCER match in 2004. My first turkey, left the "bag" with the giblets,livers etc... in the turkey!
