Apricot Chicken I
I would have given this 2.5 stars if I could. The flavor was ok, but the sauce came out sooooo soupy. It did not look like the picture at all, it was very very thin. I don't know what went wrong, but it did not look very appetizing, and wasn't a nice thick sauce. Not too good.

Spanish Chicken
Used chicken broth instead of the water and boullion and left out the cumin because i didn't have it. This turned out really tasty. Good recipe. Thanks!

Baked Pork Chops I
I thought this was pretty good. . It was nice and tender. The flavor was pretty good, although the wine taste really stood out--maybe a tiny bit too much. I added sauteed onions and mushrooms over the sauce. It's a good recipe, although i can't honestly say it's the very most delicious thing i've ever tasted.
