Banana Nut Muffins
Really easy to make. Followed it all apart from adding chopped walnuts. Did leave some plane banana, but preferred with the nuts.Will definitely make again.

Butternut Squash Soup II
Really good tasting and textured soup. I did not have celery so used a leek instead. If you dice the ingredients in to smaller pieces and saute them well the cooking time is drastically reduced 15 mins of boiling.

Carrot and Cilantro Soup
Absolutely delicious. Didn't have the cream and used milk instead and found it really tasty.
