Easy Sugar Cookies
these were awesome, easy & delicious! the only thing i did different was, add almond meal as i didn't have enough flour. so 2 cups flour and 3/4 cup almond meal, which gave it a nutty taste and texture. these were really divine. thank you!!!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
loved this for my first ever attempt at cream cheese frosting...i used a little less powdered sugar because i didnt want my frosting too sweet. consistency was divine and just lite enough for my zucchini bread. loved it!

Jewish Coffee Cake
is a pretty nice cake. wasnt as easy to pour into the pan to bake, was a bit heavy...but luckily it turned out ok. i wish i had used brown sugar instead of confectioners as many have suggested here. the confectioners looked creepy on top of the cake. i also added some mixed frozen berries to the middle walnut mixture and it gave it a bit of tang.
