Pumpkin Cheesecake II
If I could give it more stars, I would. I didn't use pecans because I don't like them. I even messed up the mixing of the pumpkin pie filling with the cheesecake (I just spread the pumpkin pie mix on top of the other!) and this cheesecake was absolutely delicious. The BEST cheesecake I've ever had. Definitely a keeper (I've already been asked to make this for two separate Christmas parties!)

School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls
Oh my! This takes me back to my school days for sure! As other reviewers have said, sure, these rolls could stand to have a little more salt. But things like that can be adjusted. The texture, fluffiness, and density of these rolls are what make this recipe 5 stars. Just perfect, and will absolutely be my go-to recipe from now on. Oh, and don't be afraid of the dough - it gets really sticky!

Brown Sugar Cookies II
This recipe isn't exactly what I expected...I expected something darker and richer. But I was pleasantly surprised! This is exactly what it says: a sugar cookie. And by far the most delicious sugar cookie I have ever attempted to make. The dough was VERY soft, so I highly recommend chilling it first unless you are extra patient. Absolutely delicious and I will be making more soon!
