Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Whoa.....DEFINITELY a keeper!! I'll start off by saying my oven is horrible, it turns off at random, so the cooking time was off a bit for mine, yet they still turned out AMAZING!! I was thinking that they would not be sweet enough...they are! I rolled mine in red and green sugar crystals and they were not only amazing to eat, but looked great too!
