My cooking triumphs
Hmmm not sure i have made it yet!!! OK well for excitment in college the 1st time our food sciences class used ground carp and came up with some wonderful recipes that were pusblished and sent out to all the food banks. Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ok this recipe is great. Turned out better then I thought it would. I was not able to get fresh and had to use frozen was the only change I made. The outside just had a little crispness to it and the inside was done. Will be making again.

Grilled Pizza Wraps
Very good recipe. I would have never thought of doing this. Makes a quick easy meal. I put green olives and some other goodies but one of those recipes you make towards your tastes and can't really mess it up.

False Cabbage Rolls
Very easy recipe. Had something similar at a company potluck a few weeks ago and went looking for a recipe. I did add green peppers and a few spices I had dried in my cabinet. I think it will make even better left over tomorrow Night. This hit the spot in my tummy and gets a 4 from me.
