I love to cook, I enjoy entertaining. I spend a lot of time at work, so I end up eating late. But lite late dinners mean I never have to go out for lunch because I always have left overs. It is not possible to cook for 1 or 2 Italian, I am most curious about asian spices. Christmas Pie's. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 20 at a bachelor pad and it was fabulous Cheese sauce when I had no idea what rue was. Wow that was gross!
