My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is just like a recipe I had lost which we would make 20 years ago! Thanks for sharing! Made three batches in the air popper and doubled the caramel sauce. 250 degrees and 1 hour is perfect!

Beer Margaritas
It seems that all of my girlfriends love margaritas! This one is our new favorite. I didn't tell them, at first, that this had beer in it and they loved it. I think it is best using Corona but if you don't have that use a light beer. Don't use a fancy, dark or ale beer - they distort the flavor. We all think it tastes better the next day.
