Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter
FANTASTIC! so easy and so foolproof. I used montreal steak seasoning to save on steps and because i love using it on my meats - cooked under broiler for 8 min's per side. served w/ cold, sliced cucumbers in dressing. there was NOTHING left over. Thankyou for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
can't get much easier and totally comforting!!! i do suggest adding garlic - a tbl of minced was good for me. i didn't use all 8oz of crm cheese either - probably around 6 and i did add 1/2 can of low sod. chic. broth. I easily pulled apart chicken w/a fork before adding crm.cheese and crm of chickn soup. house smells great. thank you..this will be a regular - especially in the colder months.
