Fragrant and Healthy Carrot Cake
Not too crazy about this one. Baked for time listed and it came out over-done. If I try again, I will check after 30 mins.

Apple Crisp II
Very good. Followed suggestions: no water, double the crumble mixture (1/2 on bottom). Very tasty!

Balsamic Vinaigrette
pretty good, added a little honey and slightly less vinegar. It's a little tart.
