Bill's Beefuna Burgers

This was really great - I did not have ground beef, or relish so used GROUND PORK added a large egg - the tuna I used was in water - DEFINATELY WILL DO AGAIN - it turned out moist and you really did not know whether it was meat or fish - I think the sweet pickle relish would be better used as a topping not actually mixed in.

Carrot Cake

Reviewed: May 6, 2006
This is the BEST CARROT cake ever, instead of the walnuts I used sultanas and dried cherries and for the frosting I only used half of the confectioners (icing) sugar that gave the frosting a much creamier taste and not so sweet. I took this to an aged care facility hence no walnuts and some to work for samples now I am printing of copies. IT REALLY IS TO DIE FOR. YUMMMMM

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2006
This bread is better the next day. I found it a bit sweet and a little oily but my partner LOVED it the way it was. Next time I will reduce the sugar slightly and add more buttermilk and less oil. VERY GOOD ANYWAY.

Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2006
This is a beaut bread next time I will cook 1 only in a pan 9 x 5 as I found that BAKING 2 were a bit thin. Definately a keeper. Anyone in Australia packaged cream cheese is "PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE".
