Tiramisu Layer Cake

I made this for my husband's birthday and everyone loved it! I did increase the amount of coffee for pouring over the cakes to about 1 cup - and flipping the cakes over so that you're pouring the coffee over the bottom definitely helps. I would recommend using espresso powder if you can get it, I used instant coffee and had some difficulty getting it fine enough for dissolving into the cake batter.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I made this recipe in a 13x9 pyrex dish for Thanksgiving this year and everybody loved it! The sour cream-based filling is a nice alternative to condensed cream of mushroom soup - plus it has a lot less sodium.

Banana Muffins II

These muffins were very soft with a strong banana flavor. The only thing I will add next time would be some nuts for texture. Definately a keeper!

Chocolate Plum Pudding Cake

Nice and moist like a steamed pudding without the steaming. This was hit at all of the holiday parties that I've been to so far this season. It goes well with hard sauce but is also good on its own.

Whiskey Cake II

I Make this cake for our annual whisky-tasting parties and it is always a big hit. The cake is moist and tasty and the butterscotch chips and nuts sink to the bottom to form a sweet and crunchy crust.

Amish Meatloaf

My family loved this recipe! The ritz crackers gave the meat a lighter texture than breadcrumbs do. Plus, the sweetness was a nice change for meatloaf. I will definitely make this again.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

These were fantastic! I made them for a party (omitting the chicken to make them vegetarian) and everyone LOVED them. Serve them with fresh salsa or salsa con queso for a real crowd-pleaser :-)

Sun-Dried Tomato Cheesecake Squares

This would be a better spread/dip recipe. I baked it for a party and the "cheesecake" part completely separated from the crust. Everyone agreed that it would have been great on a bagel, but was a little sad as a cheesecake.
