Chicken Scampi II
I made this a few weeks ago - Fantastic. I really didn't care if anyone in the family liked it. I simply said, "this is the best scampi ... this is so delicious ... I will make it again." koodos!!

Vickie's Beer Bread
If I could give 10 stars I would! This is the best beer bread. It taste just as good as the "tastefully simple" one. AND costs less. A win win!

Parmesan Spinach Balls
Everyone enjoyed them on thanksgiving. I thought they didn't have much flavor, but it's a personal taste. As I stated the crowd enjoyed them.
