This was very good for a throw it all in the pot and forget it meal, it was suprisingly good. Used one can of tomatoes, 4 med carrots in 1" chunks, 1/2 large onion, 2 large ribs of celery....bought mushrooms based on other reviews but did not add them. Just threw it all in there together (no oil and no browning). Cooked 3 hours on low, then added veggies and cooked 1 hour on high, then 2 hours low and it was done, turned to keep warm. Served with mashed potatoes and crusty rolls. Easy, affordable, and good. Thanks!
